 Dauntless Transportation Group provides an hourly rate for all other service based on a (4) hour minimum charge, unless otherwise arranged and stated in writing prior to date of service. $150.00 non- refundable fee is due at the time of reservation. Hourly or “As Directed” services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client. Vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability allows) for the entire rental time. Travel time may be charged and is made a part of the respective hourly minimums.

Driver Tip are always appreciated but are not mandatory. Our drivers understand that all tips must be earned by providing an exceptional experience and service to our clients and their guests, and that the actual amount of any tip given is always up to the client.
We compensate our drivers well and their tip is always completely at your discretion and subject to your satisfaction with their service. Drivers are forbidden to discuss pricing or request any tips from clients. Please never discuss any prearranged cost or charges with any driver. Any questions about your cost should ONLY be discussed with the billing department. You may increase, decrease or eliminate the tip entirely. If you are approving an additional tip being added to the bill via your credit card, please confirm via e-mail to info@dauntlessgrouptx.com referencing your reservation number, or just give us a call at 214-957-7486 to adjust billing.

Dauntless Transportation Group will allow a fifteen (15) minute grace period over your schedule time. The hourly rate of $120.00 will be charged to clients that go beyond their scheduled drop-time, excluding the 15 minutes of courtesy time.

Bodyguard services are based on a day rate. In case of any unforeseen incidence your driver will respond to serve as needed.

Terms and Conditions should be reviewed and an Authorization form including payment is required prior to service. Please familiarize yourself with our policy's.

Terms & Conditions apply. Total charges incurred are to be paid in-full 24 hours prior to the event unless approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account on file. No checks will be accepted. Dauntless Transportation Group accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards (A 5% Administration fee will be added to all credit card charges). Cash may be accepted and subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes.
Authorization Form. Dauntless Transportation Group requires that ALL clients complete, sign and submit authorization forms electronically prior to the time of pickup. Failure to complete, sign and submit authorization form WILL result in cancellation of reservation and no refund will be issued.  ~ print Authorization Form coming soon
Cancellation Agreement. Dauntless Transportation Group understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the following applies: We generally accept cancellations ONLY on Sedan & SUV airport transfers (24) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time at no charge. Local Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex transfers, hourly and specialty events such as weddings, proms, sporting events, birthday celebrations, etc. will require no less than a (72) hours cancellation notice. Cancellation must be made in writing via the email on file. A cancellation fee of 50% of agreed upon price will be applied. Any additional amount paid over the deposit can ONLY be applied to a new reservation. The new reservation must be made within 6 months of the cancellation date. Sedan/SUV's scheduled prior to 9 am must be canceled 12 hours in advance to avoid full charge
Time changes on scheduled trip. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with less than the required cancellation notice stated above, additional, or full charge will be applied.
E-Mail Communication and Booking Online. Generally, we accept new reservations, changes, and cancellations by email (info@dauntlessgrouptx.com) with adequate notice and information or you may also book through our online portal and app. It is recommended that you verbally confirm any request sent after normal business hours and on major holidays. If your needs require attention less than (8) hours of requested pickup, please call our office at (214) 957-7486.

All messages should be sent directly to info@dauntlessgrouptx.com. Dauntless Transportation Group will not be responsible for any emails not sent directly to our designated email address. If you do not receive an email response within (2) hours, please contact us at (214) 957-7486 for immediate assistance. We cannot guarantee cancellations, changes or new reservations without received confirmation. You should always get an email confirmation of a new reservation, quote, any changed reservation, or canceled reservation. If you do not receive such email confirmation within (1) hour, please contact us right away (214) 957-7486.

Dauntless Transportation Group Rate Exceptions / Additional Charges: `click to expand/close'

  • (Charges vary and are subject to change) During the hours of 11:00 pm until 5:00 am, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. New Year’s Eve after 5:00 P.M. Premium hourly rates may apply on these holidays and during these hours, as well as during other premium events and dates.
  • The hourly rate of $120.00 will be charged to clients that go beyond their scheduled drop-time, excluding the 15 minutes of courtesy time.
  • Special events and peak demand periods both locally and in other markets may dictate premium pricing, higher hourly minimums and in some cases multi-day minimums, additional notice for changes and cancellations. Vehicles are generally in more limited supply for the higher demand and at times supplemental vehicles are required to accommodate this demand.
