Dauntless Transportation Group Policy & Terms

Smoking while occupying any Dauntless Transportation vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violation of this restriction will result in an automatic minimum $250 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be additionally charged to the client credit card immediately, and service will be terminated.
Dauntless Transportation Group reserves the right to refuse transport or to discontinue transport of any person who, in the carrier's judgment, is incapable of taking care of him or herself or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to or a danger to other passengers, the driver or the fleet vehicle. Dauntless Transportation Group also reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the driver feels threatened in any way. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. Client shall not interfere with the driver duties or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be offered.
Dauntless Transportation Group will not assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, nor for any property left in the company’s vehicles. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings. Our drivers will clear the vehicle immediately after each client. If any property missed and later recovered it will be returned at clints expense.
If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger accompanying the client (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), a minimum clean up fee of $250 will be charged to the client’s credit card immediately. At the company’s discretion. Any expenses accrued due to any damage to the vehicle in any way caused by the actions of the client or any passenger accompanying the client or pet will be charged in full to the client.
Dauntless Transportation Group shall not be held liable for delays caused by an Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, hazards of danger due to a state of war (declared or undeclared), accidents, breakdown, hazardous weather conditions, and other conditions beyond our control.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website or app? When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. When do we collect information? We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, fill out a form, open a support ticket or enter information on our site or provide us with feedback on our products or services. How do we protect your information? Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. For your convenience we may store your credit card information kept for more than 60 days in order to expedite future orders, and to automate the billing process.
In the event of an unforeseen situation and we are forced to change your vehicle type, Dauntless Transportation Group will always provide our clients with a clean Luxury Vehicle that can accommodate their event. Dauntless Transportation Group will always provide our clients with a vehicle that is modern and up to date with the same year or newer as the vehicle that was reserved.
Dauntless Transportation Group reserve the right to request identification upon Chauffeur arrival. DTG requires that the booking client or the passenger listed on the reservation display identification if requested by Chauffeur or any representative of Dauntless Transportation Group. Failure to do so WILL result in cancellation of reservation and no refund will be issued.
On special occasions VIP/Private Events that require overnight travel the client will be required to provide lodging and meals for our driver
